Answer: The organization of my Choice is Mc Donald’s and the management theory it uses is the scientific management theory by Fredrick Taylor. This theory advocates that through analysis and synthesis of the workflow inside an organization, the labor productivity and economic efficiency can be significantly improved. Mc Donald’s has used this theory to standardize its work processes. The company has a well defined structure for every process that is involved in providing services to the customer’s right from preparing the food to handling the customers. The employees have to follow the defined processes strictly and this type of management for creating standardization has enabled the company to expand its operations across the world through licensing agreements.
