It is true fact that you can improve your own behavior in the workplace to make yourself more happy and successful. It includes self-disciplined and self-management. For the organizations also it is very easy to manage these types of employees and they are the real asset for any organization. If you are good in your behavior, have cordial relationship with other employees, follow the rules and regulations of the organization and you try your best to meet the dead lines of task so you are dependable employee for the organizations. To make yourself more happy and successful, you have to set your own parameters very high on your behavior therefore others will not have any problem with your behavior. If something went wrong, you should take corrective measure by your own and try your best to not repeat the mistakes in the future. Such kind of behavior can help you to become one of the most reliable employees of the organization and your own behavior in the workplace will help you to make yourself more happy and successful.
