Yes, they should do quantitative research as well. Why?

Quantitative and Qualitative research provide an insight into the different aspects of the company. While qualitative research is more subjective and provides a measurement on the subjective aspects ,carrying out quantitative research will provide the company with objective data that is objective and can help company provide better platform for decision making on the numbers front. Both aspects of analysis will complement each other and would help in making a better informed decision.
