Answer #1

Bad leader does not always mean they are deficient in skills. A leader might be bad even when they have plenty of skills and a lot of experience. It is the way they lead a team and the path they choose that defines a leader. If a leader just tries to win the situation without proper plan or not giging importance tot eam decision or any other factors which are not correct or unethical , that leader is termed as a bad leader. These deficiencies also make a bad leader and every bad leader need not be deficient in leadership skills .
