A leader need not always be a person who leads a team . They can also be people who influence others to follow them. We have many religious, business and sports people who have influence us to follow them with their actions. There are even people whom we do not even meet in our life but follow them . These leaders are the people who influence others without actually leading them. They have different characteristics and depending on our mentalities we choose our leaders. These characteristics are not related to a certain area but they are qualities and gestures these leaders possess which will make them a leader.
