Servant-leadership is the kind of leadership where a leader makes serving their employees as their main goal. In this leadership the leader serves their employees rather than the employees serving their leader. They make sure employees are provided all the benefits and they are tended well as they work for them and the development of the company . In organizations when this kind of leadership is followed by a leader, the employees are given high importance and their welfare is made the main motto which makes the employees loyal to the organization and determined to give their best to the leader who is serving them with dedication. This kind of leadership helps in establishing a good relation between the leader and the employees and helps in getting better performance from the employees.
