Corporate Social Responsibility relates to business law in a manner that it is an essential obligation for the businesses to spend some percentage of their profits in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and hencw, help the community in whatever manner they can. If the businesses do not spend a portion of their profits in CSR initiatives, then the business can be sued under unfair business practices and most likely, the verdict would be against the business itself since CSR initiatives are mandatory for businesses as per business law and they have to identify CSR initiatives where they want to spend and also monitor progress of their spends and effect that it would create on the identified non profit organization.
