Describe the three (3) stages of HRM in multinationals.
The strategies of human resource management differs from company to company, was all the existing multi natuonals would have laid their HRM on the common three phases(stages) They are:
1. Pre hire phase
2. Orientation and training phase
3. Post hire phase
1. Pre hire phase : the instage in which screening, shortlisting and interview process takes place for candidates
2. Orientation and training phase : In which the job training and company policy and practices will be undergone by the newly joined employee.
3. Pist hire phase - HR forms a connecting bridge between the employee and the top management to resolve the issues, to increase the productivity of the company.
Above mentioned phases can be expanded internally further, but still the core interests remain the same
