• U.S. has formed various IP regulations
• But U.S. is incapable in ensuring that its technologies become globally dominant
• U.S. needs a strategy that maximizes profitability by addressing IP’s offensive aspects
• US has been a leader in inventing may technologies, but other countries take the competitive advantage over it and US loses an intellectual property
• US government is partially responsible for this loss
• US government in not very active in forming strict IP laws
• U.S. does not have a global strategy to encourage large-scale adoption of its technology.
