It is important to have a detailed discussion on the basic qualification, job conditions in which work has to be performed and the minimal physical requirement. In fact, a job description which includes the different factors which are required to perform a job can be circulated to all the applicants so that the candidates can have a detailed overview of the work

Apart from this, there can be the need of the physical test. At this point, the candidates who do not qualify the basic minimum physical requirements can be screened out. Once the pole climbing criteria are validated, the job requirements can be conveyed to the candidates effectively
