It would be very exciting to work at Netflix. This is because:-

Employees get unlimited vacation in Netflix

If employees are acting in the interest of Netflix, they can expense without getting approval from manager.

No traditional yearly performance reviews.

And the salary is really handsome.

Adding to this, Netflix is my favourite and I will definitely want to work in that company.
