Purpose statement:

The purpose of my research is to highlight the issues of effective communication and adapting to change within workplace scenarios. Both these issues are constantly eroding the performance of an organization and render the management and leaders ineffective. The research will focus on addressing effective communication issues through change management where management and leaders will play an active role.
