In Six Sigma, DMAIC is a tool that expands as Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control cycle. It could help in improving the cost and quality of the operations and possibly help including even those operations overall that are not reflecting on a strategy map, in a timely manner. This improvement cycle is primarily directed by data to improve the processes, optimizing the same as well as ensuring the stabilization of the same and that of the process designs. In Six Sigma Projects, DMAIC is one of the most important tool.
