Answer) Combination Decision making model is probably the most appropriate in this situation because working in the fire department is not easy and hence the recruits doesn't have to just get through the logical process but also should display some skills that sparkels the recruiter's intuition. A combination Decision making model is a combination of both logic and intuition. So, only the basic qualifications or experience which adds up to their value is not sufficient , but the recruiter's should also have a intuition that he/she has the willingness or guts to serve.
