Based on personal experience, give an example of a work-related message that was not well written and open to misinterpretation. Identify the specific issues with the message. How could the message have been rewritten to be a more effective message?

Example: The message contains data about the motivating force plan for one month from now for all the qualified workers.

The message contained the data that the representatives who will accomplish a particular unit of the objective will get a motivating force in money related terms.

Explicit issues with the message: the issue with the message was that there was not a notice of terms and states of achieving g the objective and dispersion of impetuses.

Rewritten: the message must be rewritten like, The workers who will accomplish a particular unit of focus by observing the guidelines and quality standards, will get a motivating force in financial terms.

This will wipe out the disarray about the premise on which the profitability will be judged. Accomplishing units is feasible for everybody except accomplishing quality isn't some tea for all.
