Leadership is nothing but the skills and ability of individual or organization to lead other individual, group or the organization. It is important for the leader to have the qualities that can communicate organizational change and lead the organization effectively in change.

The leadership style that is described by the quote is the transformational leadership style. This is the leadership style where the leader focus on bringing the change by identifying the need, create vision and execute the change by working closely with the subordinate.

With this quote, we can identify that the leader focus on making the organization to be innovative and creative. The leader focus on team-building and motivating employees and encourage them to work collaboratively to accomplish change. The leader motivates employees to give highest level of performance and focusing on career development of employees.

The leader is self-directed, self-motivated and manage themselves without needing the direction from anyone. The leader take calculated risk by trusting their instinct and conduct proper research in order to evaluate the situation. The leader is receptive to new ideas and support creative and innovative work environment.
