Criminal justice system must ensure it first follows equality in serving justice to people. They need to enforce law based on the crime and not based on race or any other discriminatory feature. The laws must be made strict against discrimination. Anyone discriminating people of other race must be severely punished even if they are influential and from the system. This helps in making the public treat each other with respect and hence would help in establishing good public relations without any discriminations. When the system is proper the commnity will automatically be correct.
