Peter Drucker is a well-known Management Guru or in other words, a Management educator and a consultant who has very efficiently contributed to the basics of the concept of Modern management in the Business Organizations. He should be cared about because he attempted to explain the World the importance of blending philosophy with the management functions and introduced that modern management concept towards CSR that befits in an Organizational structure. Besides, we should be further care of what he says because the significant concepts of self-control and also Management by Objectives, introduced by him, is absolutely relevant and effective even in this era of modern management.
