The economic conditions and societal development has taken place with various modifications in the laws, regulations. The world scenario has changed with America being a dominant world power now. Secondly, the other aspects include changes in the world economy which has affected many developed and underdeveloped countries. However, the ones that have not changed in the presidential form of governance, the integrity of the states and the federalism.
