Answer - An organisation who represents the needs of Central Valley farmers is National Farmworkers Association (NFWA).

It was founded by farm labor leaders Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta. They started a union with mexican american grape pickers in the mid 1960's. The aim of the union was to improve the working conditions of central Valley farmers. The movement occoured in the Central Valley. The organisation also broke the Agriculture labors act to protect the interests of the farmers.
