The following are the three activity or productivity metrics taken from the workplace:

  1. The employees are motivated only through monitory and non-monitory benefits, as that increase the work performance in the organization as when they are satisfied with their benefits. The quality of work can be determined only through these factors.
  2. Through initiation the employees would be more committed towards work and would aim to achieve the goal of the organization as that increase the productivity of the organization. So initiation can be on decision makign, risk taking etc of the organzation.
  3. The time and attedance plays a major role in the workplace as where the employees will increase the productivity and it is an important metrics to be considered, the employees absenteesim will affect the other members in the team and demotivate them towards working.
