Answer #1

Employee benefits could now be a significant component of the employees of the company's total compensation because the company has been requested by the government to design and manufacture ventilation valves due to the covid-19 pandemic and company’s workers are considered to be essential services and must report to work. Due to this development, it is important for the company to provide them employee benefits since they are required to report to work under pandemic situation which puts their lives at risk. Particular benefits and design model that I would apply due to the circumstances are employee health insurance in order to provide cover to them for any health expenses arising due to diseases, life insurance in order to protect the families of the employees, additional compensation to the employees for working under such situation etc.
