  1. He or she should have an interactive discussion with customer
  2. Sales person should have full knowledge of product so that customer interest should remain in the talk.
  3. Sales person should show good eye to eye contact and body language to explain thing
  4. Sales person should be nicely dressed.
  5. Sales person should have good sense of presence to tackle the questions
