Individual CPM Assignment SCENARIO:

Big Organization, inc. wants to automate their warehouse and put you in charge of the project.

You already put together your team and had several productive meetings with them. Among accomplishments, you created a WBS which identified activities to be done.

Starting with the WBS and with input from your team you then identified each activity’s predecessor activities. Later, in a subsequent meeting with your team you estimated activity completion times for each activity. The table below shows the activities you identified along with predecessor activities and the estimated time each activity is expected to take. Estimated activity times are shown in the last column.
