Why is it difficult for employees and firms to know what is considered to be ethical behavior and what is not? How can ethical behavior become even more challenging for a global firm?

Morals and ethical behavior is generally an idea of morality that may contrast starting with one individual then onto the next based on their recognition towards a basic aspect,

for example some may accept that accomplishment of the organization is important and so as to achieve that the organization may go to any degree and it is fair however may not be ethical because it may violate certain moral aspects as well.

Global organizations may also encounter a lot of challenge in such situations because the ethical behavior generally will vary based on nations and state and organizations having a global nearness may have to change their morals and values based in the nations

they are working in because it has to be regulated so that there is no issue with the I individualinvolves in the same seminar.
