Homework Answers

Answer #1

Yes, because of the following reasons:

1. It instills fear among employees who are addicted to drug abuse.

2. Even if an employee has drugs under medical supervision the employer will know about it and take preventative measures in the workplace, thus preventing any mishap (in the form of accident or some other ways)

3. It ensures safety of other employees thus building loyalty and confidence in them. It also maintains a good working environment inside the organization.
