Yes, Amazon does bear a responsibility for modifying any of its working conditions and changing the internal environmental aspects being it physical structure, physical exhaustion or resources allocation. It is because of the fact that employement terms and conditions, you are agreeing to providing a holistic and safe environment to the employee for work. Also, under the employement safety and regulation acts and laws, the organisation is responsible for maintaining a healthier, safer and mos effective working conditions to make sure the employees feel safe at their work. If the employees are not feeling safe in their work then the company is not following and performing the responsibilities and the contract.
