It is called the Innovations Action Policy. It was established so that direct reports could be better prepared to respond to conditions. Explain why you believe this new policy will or will not work.
This campaign (Innovation Action Policy) will work because till now employees have innovative ideas but they not got any chance to showcase their skills. This policy helps them to improve their knowledge and skills and their performance also increase. As a manager I always allow them only to follow rules and they get a chance to do according to their liking & skills; and gain rewards as a result of innovative actions. Rewards are the best motivator in this case and employees can also enjoy some autonomy.
