Answer #1

We will have to work as a team when we need to do college projects or work projects. In such teams sometimes we will have highly influential people in our team who always tries to influence the whole group. They are so influential that all the team members agree with whatever they have to say without even thinking on the issue and even we will have to agree to the team. In these situations we will have to witness groupthink .

If we are the leader of that team we should explain the other team members what is correct and what is not and must try to enlighten them on the fact that they are being influenced. This might make them understand that they are following that person blindly and must come out of it . We must ensure that everyone is given equal importance to express their opinions so that groupthink will not become necessary.
