Is general motors operating within a model unique to its industry? why or why not?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Yes, I would say that General Motors is operating with a unique model in this automobile industry because of which it has completed more than 100 years in this market by innovating and using the best technology for growth. Innovation helps the GM to produce an affordable electric motor car and also made the company first one to develop electric starter and the air bags. GM also is the only company having a fully integrated solution to produce more self driven vehicles at large scale. This shows that the model in which GM is operating is unique to its industry and helps in better growth prospects.
