Discuss how project or team management is distinct. What areas are different and why?

The project management main focus is to manage the project, its initiation, assessment, progress, monitoring, and completion. The main focus of the project management is to meet the objective of the project by utilizing the resources available for the production. Project management is lead by a Project manager.

However, a Team management is a different thing which focuses more on the team's performance, their task management, monitoring the team progress, their development. This is also called People management.
