Once upon a time, the rabbit and the turtle had an argument about who was faster. It was realized that, the answer to that question was not conclusive of performance and success. In light of that and in relation to personality identification, examine how a professional can be successful at their career.
A professional can be successful in his or her career not only through success and performance but it also includes his or her personal identification. The age-old story of the race between the rabbit and the turtle, the turtle won because he was consistent and he knows he will win if he keeps on moving at a uniform speed. However, the rabbit was fast but was inconsistent with his own performance and identity. The rabbit could have easily won the race if it had not stopped to take rest. Same applies in professional life as well. This is because professional life will have its share of hurdles and hindrances, but it is the personal identity that will help an individual to stay strong and keep on running until the goal is reached.
