Change management is something which is designed in order to regulate and minimize the impact of any change an organization has undergone or supposed to undergo at any level, be at organizational level, at leader’s level or at Individual contributor level. So the effectiveness of the change management can be gauzed while looking at how effectively an organization can pass the phase of transition.

A holistic approach is beneficial in change management because of the reason that any change in orgaznaitonal level is going to impact all the levels in the organization in most of the scenario so an holistic approach is required to tune the organization functioning at a good level
