Once I applied for a job at an FM station and I was given out a
panel interview in the respective organisation. Interview was
carried out by four panellists where they ask numerous questions
including my area of specialisation as well as different questions
that were focused on understanding my personality as well as the
reason of switching to the specific organisation. The type of
