Once I applied for a job at an FM station and I was given out a panel interview in the respective organisation. Interview was carried out by four panellists where they ask numerous questions including my area of specialisation as well as different questions that were focused on understanding my personality as well as the reason of switching to the specific organisation. The type of approach was extensively good as it directly create an understanding of my requirements and ability to fulfill their expectations in the respective environment of operation.
I would say that this interview process for the job description I was giving for is perfect and there is no requirement of change. Each and every parallax but has its own area of expertise and ask the question regarding to that area only. This type of structure enables a company to understand various aspects of technical understanding as well as implementation of an interview that creates effective selection process.
Selecting candidates by panel interview also increases which answer software selection as there are multiple opinions being made based on their understanding of the specific interviewee.
