Answer #1

I believe that leadership is a set of skill inherited or taught to an individual. These skills are initiation, public speech, visionary outlook, charismatic personality, emotional stability, problem solving and motivating skills. Leaders may be a personality having such skills with varying attitude. Leadership can be seen as the types of autocratic, democratic, situational, charismatic, and visionary or disturbance handlers. I like such leadership in which leaders like George Washington, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Steves Jobs, Bill gates Narendra Modi, etc. have given inspiration to millions of people across the globe. Leadership might be seen with different perspectives like business perspectives, social dimension, political sphere, spiritual leaders, sport leaders, community health leaders and many other areas where leadership can be identified.

Humble leadership really works an article by Dan Cable (HBR, 2018) highlighted that the servant leadership will have the humility, courage, and insight to admit that it can benefit from the expertise of followers who have less power than them. I believe that it is the real quality of a leader to inspire and encourage a larger mass. We can see many leaders in our locality who inspire us.
