I scored above average on Followership Role. The insight i discovered about myself is that i could be a potential successful Followership leader who can listen to my employees, feel empathy for them and have awareness of myself as well as others who work for me in the future.This information will be very helpful for me in the future leader-follower relationships because i will use my strenghts and traist as a leader to create good relationship with my follower, lead them to common vision and be a stweard who will be committed to growth and development of my followers.This has clear my role as leader for my future career.
