The engine quickly malfunctions causing it to crash critically injuring the pilot. After investigating the crash, the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) issued a report stating that the improperly completed task (caused by the cell phone distraction) was the cause of the accident. Briefly describe who can be held responsible for the pilot's injuries and the damage to the plane.

1. No, Comcast did very less to control the work of and how she worked. Also, they created a new contract for each episode and Winona was free to improvise her performance but in an independent contract, this does not happen.

The incident happened due to the negligence of the mechanic who took a personal cell phone call but the supervisor is responsible to monitor the work done by mechanics.
