Example: The message contains information about the incentive plan for next month for all the eligible employees. The message contained the information that the employees who will achieve a specific unit of the target will get an incentive in monetary terms.
Specific issues with the message: the issue with the message was that there was not a mention of terms and conditions of attaining g the goal and distribution of incentives.
Rewritten: the message must be rewritten like, The employees who will achieve a specific unit of target by following the rules and quality standards, will get an incentive in monetary terms. This will eliminate the confusion about the basis on which the productivity will be judged. Achieving units is possible for everyone but achieving quality is not a cup of tea for all.
