I would completely agree to the fact that performance satisfaction and commitment of an employee is made better once they are empowered and empowerment in Thai context would mean the process through which employees are given quite a bit of fair power and responsibility as well in order to let them take certain decision in the Organizational context as well. The employees are motivated to take decisions on their own independently and this actually formulated new and better options to provide better decisions and enhance customer relations and profits as well. The level of authority that employees will have, make them better and valued in the organiAtuijn to a great extent as well.
