Following are the difficulties a project manager might encounter when performing slack management:
- no scope to move channels a bit according to some priority order aside from alphabetical as there is a pre-defined order of channel.
- The chats that are muted can still show in a sidebar that makes no difference for the manager at all.
- The amount of noise aggregation in chats is too high that there’s no way to track due dates which is why Assignments get lost easily.
