1.Strategic thinking helps in guiding the company in a planned manner so that the supply chain flows properly . When an employee has their own strategic thinking it helps the team to work on it and make it better with their ideas and this helps in making the functioning of the organisation go smooth and proper. Hence if every employee has their own strategic thinking they can help the management in planning the activities and executing the planned activities. This makes the supply chain more organised.

2. Yes it is true that strategic management is important for long term sustainability of any organisation. When the organisation functions with proper planning it helps in extablishing proper market and the customers also start trusting the quality of product/service provided by the organisation. This helps in sustanability of the organisation. Hence the organisational perspective is true.
