1. Limited distribution network:

Apple company has limited distribution network because of the company's policy of exclusivity. For instance, the company selects the authorized sellers of it's products. The company framework considers the strategy of exclusivity as a factor that limits market reach. Apple distribute it's product by itself and it kept its distribution channels narrow. For most of the times they do not use any third party to sell their products. Apple uses it's own website and Apple stores to sell their products.
