Inorder to turn around the LEGO group, we need to alter it's internal structure because externall LEGO is doing fine and has a reputation for itself. Internally we need to change the work structure and the team management system so that the supply chain becomes more efficient and we also need to hire experts who can lead the teams efficiently. Unity is what is required in the company and we need to get it making the employees work as teams under effiicient leaders. This will make the supply chain run smoothly and hence the company will become strong internally also.
