Another thing could be the respondent answering in a way which he find could be acceptable and liked by whoever reads it, he doesn't think about the type of research and information needed to to get relevant results, he just tend to answer in a way which he thinks might be liked by the society.
And another thing could be researcher's confirmation of an hypothesis. He may add or reject a response and information according to the hypothesis framed which may not be appropriate and correct. This leads to inaccurate results.
