- The motivation behind white-collar crime is mainly monetary without losing respect in society and the corporate world. It does happen because people often lose control over them in the organisation from their superiors. Individuals ditch their ethical values and often execute such acts of white-collar crimes to lead a very expensive and lavish lifestyle.

- An employee in order to be stopped from committing white-collar crime need to be trained about ethical values and moral values as well to not harm the company reputation and his personal reputation as well.
