Many companies face ethical issues while operating in the multinational environment. In general, unethical issues which are generally in practice are a violation of human rights, overworking environment, customers and tradition, corruption, nepotism, favoritism etc.

Many companies face these challenges. One of the incidents happens with coca cola when it has to draw its entire batch of the production from the international market when few children fall ill in Belgium in 1999. This cause huge embarrassment for the coca cola
