Answer : Agenda refers to the matters or things to be discussed or presented .

Public agenda refers to the matters in which the general public at large is interested .

Whereas Media agenda refers to the point of discussion in media debates and news programmes .

Although, the two are not directly related but there are two possibilities :

  • Media sets its agenda by surveying the public so that the news is shown as per public demand - Public agenda setting Media agenda.
  • Public agenda is being set by Media shows and debates - Media setting or influencing public agenda .
