Drug testing can be misused easily because the same form of blood or urine which was used in drug test,that can be used to detect or determine other medical problems or issues such as heart diseases,pregnancy,or other diseases and any company can deny the employment of the that particular employee for the those other diseases,but it is obviously illegal,because they are testing other diseases in the name of drug test.
polygraph test provides a opinion about the honesty of the employee.But it's validity has been called into question, which has led to restrictions on it's use.Wrong result or inaccurate result of polygraph test of any employee can cause problem because any company can misuse the result to blame that employee for any wrong incident in their company.
