The Suburban Homes Construction project will be completed by keeping view the elements of quality management in three key areas as input to the construction, construction process and final construction output. The following will be used as quality management plan documents:

1) A team of engineer will be appoint who will be responsible for maintaining world class quality in this suburban project. They will give priority to overseas the level of quality in each step like inputs, process and output of the assigned project work.

2) While choosing the vendor who will supply the inputs like mortar, bricks, cement and other material, his quality offerings and services will be measured by the high level team. After getting satisfaction in terms of quality, only the product will be ordered.

3) Every manger, workers and other stakeholders will have to fulfil the quality guidelines set by the top management of the project organization.

4) Quality will not be compromised at any cost. It will be our basic inherited philosophy at project work.

5) The methods of constructing the homes will be modern one. It must be utilized earth quick resistance, safe guard from any possible hazards to the workers, owners and other people residing near the homes.

6) Quality reports must be prepared on day to day basis so as to arrive to highest possible quality parameters.

7) Quality related data within industry must be collected then try to keep our quality level higher one. Project manager will be final authority to sanction any quality related decision. His efforts will be reduce the less quality having activities, design, people or any other things.
