Answer #1

When the problem arises it is better to cut it off before it becomes worse. Health is the main important factor and the government must not neglect the issue related to health because of recession . When there is a chance of harmful effects on life due to drinking water , the government must immediately regulate necessary action . It can later confirm it's actions with the scientific proof but once the symptoms are shown it should take action without waiting for any proof as the situation is related to health and life . In this situation the government must enact legislation to address the problem.
